Grad Chapter in Anderson, SC

I am trying to start a Graduate Chapter in
Anderson, SC; for any interested sorors who live in Anderson County and surronding areas, please email me at lpitts1996@aol.com.
There must be at least 5 sorors to start this chapter. I know our State Director,
Scarlet H. Black, personally, and she would be much abliged to have another chapter chartered in our state.
