Best Chapter Nationwide

I know this will be a HARD question to answer. But I am curious which chapter/school your national organization considers the very best in the entire nation. Thank you.

I believe the winner of the Helen Margaret Harrison award (top silver award at convention) was Gamma Pi chapter at the University of Georgia. If I'm not mistaken in 1998 the winner was Gamma Iota at the University of Florida. Does that help?
