Recommendation Forms

I have been asked to write a rec for a girl going to UT Knox in the fall and I was wondering if anyone knows if there is a specific form I need, what the deadline is if there is one, etc. I especially need to know if there is a form I need and how to get one if there is. I would hate to let this girl down. Does anyone know???

You will need to fill out a Membership Information Sheet (MIS). You can find them in the summer issue of Themis, or I believe you can get one at the ZTA website (www.zetataualpha.org). If her rush booklet does not tell you where to send recs, the summer issue of Themis will have the mailing addresses for all the membership advisors for all of the chapters. Hope that helps!
