Sophomore Josey Potter allegedly ripped a pipe off the wall at Sigma Alpha Epsilon (Simpson), causing massive water damage.

Sigma Alpha Epsilon has some significant water damage.

On Nov. 11, around $10,000 in damage was done at the house after a student allegedly pulled the water pipe to a urinal off the wall.

Just a thought.

Greeks at Simpson are House in College Built Dorms with their Letters on them. So who pays for the damage?

Will this individual be an ex SAE? How much dollar amount of property was destroyed by this guy, School and individuals?

Those Buildings are not that old and is not that large a College.

This particular SAE has not been convicted yet, so it's not proper to call him a drunk. So far, he is alleged to have been drunk and caused the damage -- until he is convicted in a court.
