Help! My computer won't let me view pics!

For the past couple days, I've noticed that whenever I'm online and I try to pull up a page with pictures on it (like my Yahoo! photo albums or stuff similar to that) I cannot view the pictures. One or two will maybe show up, but the rest won't. Same with other web pages with buttons and stuff--can't see those, either. I have a DSL connection and a brand-new computer, so I should not be having this problem. :( What's going on? Does anyone have any ideas?

Since it's a new computer, I wouls recommend calling the maker's tech support. Maybe you just have some settings wrong?

Maybe...but I've had it for a little over a month and never had this problem before. :confused: It's a recent thing.

try going to Google's Groups search engine and entering "pictures not showing up"

Take off your nanny filter and your computer will allow ou to view porn again ;)

Achtung, did you ever get a solution to this? My computer just started doing this today...

Well, no...but I've discovered that some sites I was having trouble with will show up better using a different browser than Internet Explorer. I downloaded the Opera browser and it's gotten better, although sometimes it still won't let me see some images.

Just out of curiousity, what type of computer do you have? I have a Dell, and it's about 4 months old.

Hey, mine's a Dell, too! It was bought in August.
