Now that the race and legal battles have finally concluded, we now have a President-Elect.

Some people voted for George W. Bush, others did not.

Some think that the President-Elect will do a great job running the country, others do not.

The question is: Now that George W. Bush is the President-Elect will you support him, even if you are not a Republican or disagree with him on several issues?

Many have said they can not or will not support George W. Bush as President.

However, he has made several Cabinet selections (including Rod Paige of Houston) that seems to indicate the President-Elect's desire to inclusive (not to mention that all of his selections are highly qualified individuals).

Does this, along with the fact that Dick Cheney is the Vice-President-Elect, make a difference to you?

Texas Dove,

Sorry for taking so long to get back to you. I feel the appointments are ok, but also in the back of my mind I am asking myself is he just doing this because of all the negativity that surrounded his election. And is this just a way for him as he thinks to try and get people of color in his corner.
