Can anyone give me any info on the chat room in the Brother's services part of the KE web page. I can get to the chat room, but it will never finish down loading and then when I try to enter my user name and password it tells me that a "NBCi member already has that user name and that a valid pass word is required" Something isn't working quite right and if anyone knows how to fix this I would greatly appreciate your help.

I've actually never seen anyone in the chatroom when I've been in there - it doesn't seem like too many people actually go in there. Maybe it's the times of day that I go in, but I've never seen anyone else in there.
