Life Positives of 2004

Hey sisters!!! So what have been the most positive experiences for you over the past year?

For me:

1.)I obtained my Master's degree
2.)As much as I hate it right now, I am employed and working a real job which for the first time in my life has really allowed me to begin to put money into my savings account
3.)Got a new car
4.)Broke up with someone but met someone a million times better who I've been dating for the past 7 months (Thanks to a DPhiE sister who introduced us which goes to show how the sorority continues to be a wonderful part of my life post-college and not a waste of $$$$ like my mom always used to say!;) )
5.)My relationship has grown immensely with my family
6.) I got a doggie!!!!!!
7.)MetroDPhiE AA was Chartered!!!
8.)I haven't gotten sick at all this past year


I am sure there will be more I will add later. Happy almost-2005 everyone!!!!!

2004 has been one of the worst years of my life, but I will focus on the good things:

1) got engaged!
2) graduated with my second degree (marketing communications from BCIT)
3) am employed again (even if it is back at my old job that I am trying to get away from)
4)bought a new car (a 2000 civic, which, compared to my 91 cavalier, is a new car)

2004 was the bestest!

1) Ran 5 5Ks, with the best time of 26.53, 5 minutes down from last year
2) Lost 20 pounds (but if my division receives one more box of cookies...)
3) Promotion and raise in my company
4) Finding a home in my company. As my boss put it, honey get comfortable, you're a lifer
5) Dated a lot - and seems to have found a keeper but 2005 can figure that out
6) Moving out of my parent's home to Brooklyn!
7) Yeah my friends are awesome!
8) Saved at least 10%+ of every paycheck
