View Full Version : Anyone from San Diego?

I have a free plane ticket to anywhere in the continental U.S. because I got bumped the last time I flew. I think I might use it to fly to San Diego for my spring break next March because I deserve it!
I was wondering if anyone knew of someplace really cheap to stay when I was there. As of right now I am going alone, so there won't be anyone to help with the cost of a room...

If anyone could help me out that would be fantastic!

just an idea but see if you can get a youth hostile pass and stay at a local youth hostile. usually only costs something like $25 a night or something. check it out.

i just got back from a week in san diego with the SO. we had a fabulous time. I'm from philly and I've been to a couple of other places.. but san diego was the first city i visited that made me want to move there ASAP.

you'll have a great time if you opt to go there.

my parents lived in carlsbad for a year or so (that's where i was conceived......don't ask). they liked it, but my mom missed the change in weather. so i ended up being born in conneticut. :rolleyes:
anyhow, i'd definately like to visit there sometime. only time i've been to cali is in la and it was bad. my exposure to la was basically downtown la. not beverly hills, chinatown, walk of fame........no, i got downtown la. so i want to give cali another try.

i'd love to, but i need money and a job in order to do that. so far i have neither.
