So- 40hrs work at Hy-Vee this week, and outside of that I've basically slept non-stop.
The other day I got off work and took a 10minute nap that lasted 5hrs.
Today was my day off and I woke up at 11, went in for an hour to make deliveries to campus and when I got home I slept for 4 more hours.

Why am I sleeping so much?

My first thought it anemia..

Are you getting enough protein in your diet?

Could you be a "growing boy"? My sons always slept when a growth spurt was happening....men grow for a long time (and I am not talking emotionally :)

Do you have any other symptoms...sore throat, swollen glands, slight fever? Could be mono...

Depression...boredom....just plain doing to much fatique time to catch up rest?

Ah, Hy-Vee ... what a nice place to hang out in the morning. ;)
BTW, I don't think anyone else outside State of Iowa know what Hy-Vee is.

And a good place to hang out in the morning- unless you are slicing meat and making sandwiches from 6AM to 2PM

You may just be overtired...with those hours that you're working that could happen. That's how I have been getting since I've been heading into work earlier (around 7 am).

Like sageofages said though, check for other symptoms.

Maybe dehydration? If it's hot in Iowa this time of year it could be draining your energy.
