Soror, I can sympathize with losing a very close loved one. Sixteen years ago I lost my Grandmother, who was my world. Even though it was long ago it bothers me everyday. Just know that the LORD will not put on us more than we can bare and I'm a true testament to this fact, because I didn't want to go on living, but I'm still here. I know everyone says time heals all wounds, but sometimes you wonder....???

Ms.CrimsonCream, the reason I am feeling so down is because it will be a year this month that my little sister was called to Heaven. I miss her so much. I know that she is in a better place now, but I can't help but to miss her.

Hello Ladies,

Well I wanted to respond to bklyndelta and Mahogany1913 with a little testimony. Five almost six years ago my father killed my mother and then turned the gun on himself, leaving me the eldest of 5 to carry the burden of keeping them in line! I am not ashamed of what happened in fact I'm happy that I can share this story with others to let them know that God is always there! He never said that we will never face any trials and tribulations however he did say that he will always be there to guide us through. I will be graduating Spring 2001 with my bachelors and I plan to obtain my masters. My brothers and sisters are all doing fine with the same intentions as myself (to obtain higher education). So, no I can't say that I know how you feel but I know the feeling of losing someone close. However Joy Cometh in the Morning. Be blessed and know that God loves you!!!!!!!
