Chartering date at Morgan State?

Can someone please give me the year that Alpha Xi chapter of GSS at Morgan State was chartered? I'm looking at an oddity in Black Greek 101 that talks about a Gamma Sigma Sigma *Fraternity* at Morgan at one point in the 1970s. More information on the chapter, such as what dates Alpha Xi chapter was active would be appreciated.

well beta zeta was founded in 67 so alpha xi had to been before that

Soror Empress should have already...cause I'd love to see GBAC help out with that. Don't they have some Alpha Xi alumnae that are members?

And to FINALLY answer Randy's question: Alpha Xi was chartered between the years of 1963-1965. My best guess? 1964.

Thank you for the info. Still trying to figure out why Black Greek 101 lists a Gamma Sigma Sigma Fraternity founded nationally at Morgan in 1971. (Table 8 on page 100)

i want to say Alpha Xi was founded in 63 or 64... because Alpha Eta *howard* was founded in june of 63.....
