Why do they rush the seasons. Can't a sista enjoy Charle Brown's -"It's a Great Pumpkin" before big business moves on to the next season.

I still can't believe that I'm not into the New York CSI or the Orignial Law and Order. I use to live for those shows but their just not doing it for me this season. However, I still love my Criminal Intent, Crossing Jordan, and the original CSI.

I can't believe that "My Wife and Kids" is still on for another season. To me -Damon amd the crew just aren't funny.

I feel that Iraq will turn into another Vietnam. We can't force our form of government on others simply because we think that our way is better. That is up to them to decide.

I really don't get how people can think that Bush has more morals than anyone. Keep in mind that this is a man that has had DUIs, has gone AWOL from the Armed Forces, and has done countless other "immoral" acts in his lifetime, including bombing innocent people overseas.

It is amazing how the economy and other more pressing issues that we have in the U.S. were practically ignored during this election. How can you even worry about someone else getting an abortion or Adam and Steve wanting to tie the knot when you are getting your umpteenth unemployment check? A lot of people have their priorities out of whack. I am more concerned with my company not outsourcing my job than what someone wishes to do with their body or who they choose to be with.

I can't believe that FCPS (Fairfax County) doesn't really acknowledge vocational education all we do is focus on 99.9% college/university enrollment to the top schools.

I can't believe that they don't teach students to be well rounded.

What's wrong with a child wanting to be a mechanic, plumber, electrician, hair stylist, chef, etc? Those occupations are just as important as the doctor, lawyer, nurse, accountant, educator, police person, etc.. How's a sociologist or psychologist gonna help me when my sink is clogged or my car needs a tuneup?


I can't believe that parents with children that are diagnosed with mild retardation or serious physical challenges refuse special education services and put their kids in "Honors" and "Advanced Placement" classes. It's just crazy how the county and parents are so obsessed over good grades and getting into Harvard, Yale, Princeton, Brown, Spellman, Morehouse, etc. and will go to such crazy lengths to push their child through the system. Are they really helping or hurting their son/daughter?

I have seen these photos everywhere, but let's keep a few things in mind.

1. We don't know these people. All we know is that they made one clothing choice that we don't agree with or appreciate. They might work hard and represent their sorority at other points in time. To say that they were chosen poorly by their prophytes just because of one error, that's overstepping it a little.

2.All greeks have made mistakes and fallen short of the ideals of each of our organizations at one point or another. WE ALL HAVE. I don't agree with this clothing choice, but I am not going to say that their membership in their org is defined by it completely.

I can't believe that I went crazy in Barnes and Nobles and purchased a lot of books. I couldn't help myself! Most of them are mysteries, however, I dd purchase a book by Kimberla Lawson Roby "A Taste of Reality" she's a great writer. I really enjoyed "Too Much of A Good Thing!"

I can't believe how God moves!

He will place you where you need to be and at the right time. I transferred to another school. I didn't realize how unhappy and stressed I was there until this month. I was just hanging in there toughing it out and the move was made with no real effort of my own. I have known of teachers who want to transfer and don't have the qualifications, connections, etc. Someone told someone my name and situation so I made the connection and I'm moving to a much better school and they are so happy to receive me. Sorry for the short testimony but I'm sure someone needed this.:)

:D Thanks but back in 02 at Miami Boule, I was less the 13 plus a few. My job requires me to sit on my fat butt all day and snacking at my desk didn't help my weight gain of 20 lbs. Though I have an athletic frame, I'm 5'2 and should not weigh more than 130. My extra weight was sitting on my torso so I could hide it with loose fitting tops. I'm at the point now where my belly isn't back to the 6 pack but if I suck it in I'm cool. :)(and yeah, the sit ups help)
