Let's talk about the latest and greatest in the industry. We should alter our paradigm so that we can be more proactive as an organization. We need a soup-to-nuts solution. Let's think outside the box!

We need to talk about your TPS reports. Uh, did you get that memo? It's just that we're putting new coversheets on all the TPS reports before now before they go out now. So I'd really appreciate it if you could just remember to do that from now on. That'd be great.

OK, can someone make a note of that in the minutes? We'll address it during new business.
I'd like to recommend a more cost-efficient vendor for our coffee in the breakroom, can someone get me a point by point breakdown of what we're paying now?

PSHAW!!! Of course there will NOT be beer, this is a strict business meeting. You need to consult Chapter 9567, Section 238, Article 2228, Paragraph 990, Line 3 of the Employee Directives to reaquaint yourself with our policy on alcoholic beverages during brunches that are subsequently followed by luncheons at Denny's before productivity meetings. I am appalled and outraged.

Jacquelyn, you bring up an excellent point. There's been a lot of spending unaccounted for on the corporate credit cards. We need to stop this spending before it becomes a brush fire. We really need to clamp down on unnecessary expenses.
ADPiShannan
07-21-2004, 09:45 AM
Does that mean you want me to cancel some orders? Mike in accounting wanted me to order him some porn, should I cancel that?
Also the big shot has been putting his private expenses on the credit card. What should we do?
Since I am in charge of spending, Im def seeing a HUGE amount spent on shoes, purses, booze, porn, and strippers. Should we tell everyone to limit it to just work related items?

Maybe we need to form a committee to review spending, see what's a financial drag. Or we could bring in a hired gun to review the numbers. We need some radical, integrated competence here.

Any word on whose being looked at. They need to realize the the following items are allotted:
Starbucks
Daily Lunch
Shoes
Makeup/Skincare
Perhaps we should make sure they run the numbers a few times. Just to be on the safe side. I'm thinking this will take at least 6 months. Till then, continue as normal till results can be analyzed and new requirements are in place.

Came in this morning to find that someone has unplugged ALL the watercoolers!
Excuse me, but how are we supposed to enjoy our beverages if they're warm.
Any word on the scented paper?

It wasn't me. Just a suggestion. Has anyone talked to the new cleaning firm?
Oh, and speaking of OSHA, why can't those water coolers be put up on a desk or something so we don't have to bend over to use them? Think of the potential back injuries. There's some potential liability here.

I'd like to move us right to our next prospective hire. We had a chance to meet this young man, and boy that's just a straight shooter with upper management written all over him.
On a more serious note, I feel I have a case of the Mondays on a Thursday. Any cures?

I'm sorry but a lack of planning on your part doesn't constitute an emergency for me.
You need to back up your emergency with a TPS report with the new cover sheets.

Which email was that in??
Also, please someone send an email to remind the secretary to send a reminder email to someone about the paper problem.
Side bar: Did I miss the cake today? I think I feel asleep somewhere between 8am and now at my desk.

This is just a nice way of saying I'm a HALL MONITOR!!!
I have dedicated THREE WHOLE DAYS to this company, and I deserve more than some menial, low-budget, and might I say BOOTLEG, position.
*calming down*
Now, if you would like me to head up the Office of Employee Science and Health (snacks), then we can talk

Did everyone get the e-mail from HR regarding the memo which referenced Section 3, Chapter 2 of the Employee GuidePoints manual? Apparently the presence of a Midori cooler in APhi Sailorgirl's office versus the Hamms cooler installed in Shipping is a violation of our company's Every Employee Counts! initiative. Can we have a meeting to discuss further action at 2pm?

I was under the impression that Finance was taking everyone shoe shopping?
That's a small, small start, but really shouldn't we go from the head down?
As our company's occupational health nurse, I have invited our city's most renouned plastic surgeon to give free consults for brow lifts, nose jobs and boob jobs this afternoon from noon to 4pm.
All employees who schedule surgeries today will be given paid convalescent leave time and will also automatically be rewarded that 2% raise that has been previously discussed.
Please sign up for a consult time on the paper posted by the midori sour water cooler (which has been plugged in, and is back to a drinkable temperature... tested it myself!)

No ,Birkenstocks are not considered "proffesional attire" even if they are closed toe. No, not even if you wear socks with them.
Short-sleeved shirts with a tie are NOT considered to be professional either, thank you very much.

I am proposing that we give GeekyPenguin a raise for sleeping with the client if we do in fact get their business. Everyone take note, we need more team players in this office!

Well, as the Director of the Office of Employee Science and Health (snacks), I'll see if I can get in touch with the Krispy Kreme's man, to see if we can fill in those holes in the doughnuts with kreme :D and get a better array of morning, noon, afternoon, and evening snacks for the office.
Hmmmm, Kevin's birthday is coming soon, maybe I should see about getting a Krispy Kreme cake, what do you all think? But they'll have to split it up, for the "low-carb Atkins approved" people, the diabetics, those "low-sodium" people, those "high calcium, low-fat" people, and those "really don't give a rat's a$$, pile on the sugar" people. Maybe we should just get several Krispy Kakes, and everyone will go for what they know.

To: The people who drink all the cold Diet Pepsi
From: The person who puts it in the refrigerator
Date: July 27, 2004
Re: You're Fired

I hate breaking this news to you this way, but those of you who continually drink all the cold Diet Pepsi without replacing it in the refrigerator are FIRED! We've asked you to place nicely with everyone else and you've failed and refused. The boss is fed up with your inability to be considerate of other's needs for Diet Pepsi.

As mentioned in my last memo out for the day last Friday, the catch phrases for this month will be as follows:
"Moving forward"
"Sense of urgency"
"ducks in a row" (used with both hands in a direction movement)
Please keep in mind that our Manager is to be applauded for such phrases being used in our office. Please be advised that the more usage of these phrases, the more ass you will kiss daily.
"Moving forward" I will have a weekly memo sent out instead of daily. This is due to the "sense of urgency" to keep our "ducks in a row" as requested by the Manager. :D
