computer issues at work

I've not been able to access Greekchat the past couple of days from my computer at work. That sucks! I also can't check my AOL mail there. I think that the system only allows certain websites. Does anyone else have these issues? The agecny may do this to keep us from "playing" all day long.

yup...filters are a nasty thing.
aol was off for a while, but it's back now. ebay is, but part of its lead page isn't -- if that makes any sense.

There's a few people on GC that have employers who have blocked this website. They get around that by logging onto greekchat.net rather than greekchat.com.
This might work for you.

thanks for the tips. the wierd thing is greekchat was working for me the other day. and i have a yahoo account that i can also use for email. have a good day everyone!

I couldn't get on Greekchat yesterday either so it may have been a problem there rather than with your work.
My employer used to block almost everything - all webmail, etc -but for some reason they stopped doing it.

Yeah Greekcaht was dowwn for most of the day yesterday.
So that might have been the problem.
