AI=Alumnae (Alumni if you're a guy) initiation. Basically getting initiated after you're of collegian age.

It is a good introduction to NPC Alumnae Initiation...there is even a list of the NPC groups that do and don't.

I recommend checking it out. these "guys" (meaning everyone) are really helpful and great motivators. Especially if you need an people to bounce ideas off of.
