I have both, but I don't like the electric one so it's just sitting in my cubby hole in the bathroom. :D

I have the mack daddy sonicare.
So electric- and btw it leaves your teeth whiter and makes you feel like you just came from the dentist.
I hate the dentist.

Electric. Someday when I'm not broke, I want to get a Sonicare.

Manual. I'm kinda scared of the electric ones...afraid I'm going to vibrate my tooth off or something.

Weird phobia, I know.

I'll join the "no vibrating things in mouth" dance.

Used manual for years, got a Crest Spinbrush, hated it. Darn thing HURT. Went back to manual.

Then Santa brought me a new battery powered one (from Oral B I think) and I love that one. Yes, my parents still put out Christmas stockings for their 20-something kids. Mom always finds the weirdest stuff to put in them - the toothbrushes, for example. I got a jar of Nutella once.

OK, does anyone else think that the "vibrating objects in mouth" comments sound a little risque? I know I'm not the only one with the dirty mind! :D

manual.

I won't get a motorized toothbrush until I find one that needs to be kickstarted. That should be fun.
