My search begins!

Back in April I received the best news ever regarding Alumni Initiation from CutiePie2000 and DZHBrown. They truly made my week back then. I wanted to start a post regarding this VERY POSSIBLE chance for me. (a once missed chance and now a once in a lifetime) I have contacted National Headquarters and my search has begun :D I am soooooooo excited and can't wait to begin the process. No matter how long it takes. I wanted to personally THANK those two ladies above for pointing me in the right direction and for filling a void in my heart that has been there for so long. I will keep updating as things move along. Wish me luck!!

Well, want to update everyone. I received a call yesterday from the Alum Pres. here for the group I am pursuing. We had a great conversation and I was so comfortable speaking to her! It felt as if I have know her forever! We are going to meet on Thursday (4th) to have coffee. I will meet with her and the past Pres. of the Alum group. I can't wait!!!!!!!! This is so exciting for me and I feel all warm and fuzzy inside. You should see the smile that is plastered on my face :D

I will let everyone know how it goes!

I'm new to the process, and so far it is really exciting. Didn't your heart just about jump a mile when you first got a response? Like you, I thought I had totally missed the opportunity to be in an NPC sorority, but now the chance has resurfaced. I don't intend to miss it this time:D

My heart DID come out of my chest! I just couldn't believe it. I thought I was dreaming at first, then I just couldn't stop thinking "If she could only see how happy I am" She made my day.

Like you, I DO NOT plan on missing out this time around! I have always regreted not finishing the process. I MISS THE SISTERS!!! Ya know? Well, I wish you all the luck in your search too..........believe in yourself and believe in the process. It will all come together.

Well everyone, I met with the current Pres. and past Pres of the Alumni Group I am looking at last night!

It was GREAT! We really had nice conversation and we seemed to really "click" We talked about the Alum chapter here and the process. I was invited to meet with all of them on Monday.....that is when they will hold their meeting. And OF COURSE I am going to go. A lot of little things were said during our meeting last night that made me soooooooooo happy! I really think that this is going to be my answered prayer! I can't wait until Monday to meet the rest of this wonderful group!

I'll be sure sure to post on Tuesday with all of the details.

I am sooooooooo excited and feel sooooooooo good about this :D :D :D :D
