Ok... I'm sorry if no one else feels this way but here goes...

Yes, it gets exciting that you reach a certain amount of posts on GC. That's awesome. I myself have a lot of posts and I believe have reached my 1000 mark. However, imagine if everyone who actively posted on Chit Chat created a thread on how many posts they've reached....

Let's have this be the Official "I've reached X posts" thread. Please for the love of John, NO MORE THREADS on that!

I like how ppl are like I have so many posts when they often post a single word in a thread, that's just out of the world hilarious for me.

Actually, there's an area at the bottom of the page where you can double click on a number and you'll automatically be directed to the corresponding page. It's really not that big a deal to do that.

And that's the point, those threads tend to get annoying at times....yes the birthday threads, the quizzes, all that.....

Eh, it's not even worth the effort to get into, but you come to realize the people that post in these threads and you start to wonder if they would have anythign to contribute to something important or controversial - since those types of threads usually die quickly. People are more interested in rhyming words :)

Let them have their fun. People may not like it but it isn't against forum rules from what I know. I just ignore threads i find annoying . There will always be un happy people on here. The ones that like those kind of post would be upset if they were gone and they ones that hate them will be mad if they are there. Now people are complaining GC is boring because there is no drama, but the ones that hate drama are happy. Everyone is taking the message board concept to seriously and personally as well.
