Sorors I know you are wondering what Pearl Day is, today well yesterday was the 25th silver anniversary of our chapters beginning on March 18, 1978. The founders named it Pearl Day.
Each letter was given a purpose: Purposeful, Effective, Annual, Redication-Reclaimation, Luncheon=Pearl. Cleveland,Ohio now has two chapters Alpha Omega the oldest and largest, and Lamba Phi Omega. It was truly a beautiful affair and the former Supreme Basileus was in attendance with a very powerful speech to keep perpetuating the Spirit of AKA!
