Dept. Meetings

We're trying to restructure things within our house and I'm just wondering how other houses treat certain issues.

Like dept. meetings, how often do you have these? How long do have them run?

Also re: monthly reports, is there a standard form

If somone out there would mind sending a couple emails back and fourth I would appreciate it.

my house has department meetings either weekly or bi-weekly depending on the department (pr meets weekly, fvp meets biweekly) depending on needs
and we use our meetings to make sure everyone is doing their things, talk about ideas for events and such, etc
i have a monthly report form but i can't get the document to open (we are in the transitioning stage which is why i can't do it yet)
