Gotta give it to Russ, Olivia, SupaKen, and Layzee. ;) Been listening since they started in MD/DC back when Big Ted was on there doing his Eddie Kendricks impression!!

At school, I prefer Russ Parr with Tom Joyner coming in at a close second.

In Philly, I like the local morning show on Power 99, the Dream Team.

Tom Joyner, definitely. he and his team are entertaining, informative and community service which is great. i think
Jay Anthony Brown is one of the funniest people alive, plus everyone works so well together. to me, this show is better than coffee in the morning:D

I like Tom Joyner. I like Russ Parr also, but I don't catch it all the time. It's not picked up locally, so it's usually full of static when I catch the BR station. Locally, I used to listen to a radio show in 93.3 called the C.J. Morgan Morning Show, but he and Monica Pierre drive me crazy these days. it's time to give it up.

Russ Parr and Olivia Fox without a doubt, I listen to them while driving into work and they have me cracking up.

I actually like listening to Rush Limbaugh, Alan Beck and (locally) Alan Price. I like to stay informed and I keep it on all day! I may listen to Russ Parr on the way to work in the a.m.... but I HAVE to stay abreast of current events! Russ Parr, Doug Banks, and Tom Joyner are good shows.............for entertainment. But I like to listen to shows that keep me informed about current events...nationally and internationally.

While Doug Banks is on I have to have my SquakBox(CNBC) going at the same time and when I get to work my day goes as follows:
Via internet -
Charlotte Talks with Mike Collins WFAE aka NPR 9-10
Diane Rehm 10-12
Fresh Air with Terry Gross12-1(If not at lunch)
Public interest 1-2
Talk of the Nation 2-3
All things considered 3-4
NPR (http://www.npr.com/)

While Doug Banks is a great show they don't talk about anything that has any real impact on the Black community and the Community at large.
But keep crackin those jokes Rickey Smiley

The Russ Parr show is radio show I listen too most often , however that's beginning to change since Olivia Fox is no longer on the show......

It's just not the same.

I haven't listened to Doug Banks in about 2 years. I haven't listened to Rush Limbaugh in even longer.

I usually listen to Elvis Duran on Z100 in the mornings.

I listen to Bill Ayers on WPLJ on Sundays at midnight. I have listened to him for the past 10 years.

When I stay with my aunt I have no choice other than to listen to Howard Stern in the mornings. He isn't that bad actually. He just isn't as interesting as he used to be.

I've gotta vote for NPR.

It's the only radio where you learn something.
