Another $$$ Question

OK, so how do I donate $$$ to my chapter for them to use towards refreshments during recruitment, etc?? I want to support them but want to make sure they know what to use the funds for! Have you given financial support to a collegiate chapter? How did you do so? I trust them, but want to make sure they get what they need because I live over 500 miles from them!!

I gave my chapter $$$ and just said use it where you need it most. Maybe you could contact the grocery stores in the area and see if you could purchase a gift certificate for the chapter.

That or ask the treasurer of the fraternity to post donations and expenses for the events in your newsletters or annual reports from the chapter. It would also help out by letting alumni know how expensive things such as homecoming are getting and may get them to donate more for future events.
