Hey! I just sent out a group email. Half the group has hotmail address and they all rejected.
Any ideas?

Hotmail is working so maybe they don't allow group messages anymore. That is strange.
Maybe their mailboxes are too full with all the spam that hotmail tends to attract. *shrug*

Nope. Because after I posted that thread, I remembered that I have a hotmail email of my own. I sent 2 messages to myself from another email account and both rejected.

Funny, I was just wondering that. I sent out a newsletter and the hotmail ones all got bounced back. If it was just one or two I'd assume their boxes are full, but all of them?
I subsequently sent them a plain message saying, Hey, Your Attachment Didn't Go Through - and the message without the attachment went.
Pay for a real ISP, folks!

Could be that they're trying to tweak their server's load by rejecting mass mails that aren't included on their users' safe lists.

I didn't have an attachment and sending 1 email to myself didn't count as a mass mailing....

sounds like its time to change your email adress. I only get about2 pieces of spam a day and use hotmail. I use that adress for important stuff and no site where you buy anything.

Hotmail does have a filtering system. If you go into "options" and then click on "junk mail filter" there are a couple different filtering choices. It works really well!

I haven't had any trouble getting/receiving messages, but they did switch up the font and it's barely readable anymore :(
