Of course it is a joke... but this part is so funny:

One of the funniest things I've heard all day. So, it's not the corrupt CEO's of companies and Martha Stewart after all that's screwing the economy. Who knew?

Maybe it doesn't cause a loss of productivity though... it energizes people so when they are working, they mean business!
