Does anyone know of any specific websites which feature retreat locations?

Does anyone know of any retreat "hot spots"?

Are you looking for a spa or something of that sort? Or looking for somewhere to have maybe a sisterhood retreat?

A lot of businesses have company retreats in the Orlando area because of all the theme parks.
When I was on my cruise during Spring Break, Staples had a company retreat on the cruise ship. There hundreds of Staples employees on the cruise....all expenses paid too. Wow...I'd love to work for that company!

I think cruises are awesome, even if it is only a three-night thing, because you will be together the whole time.

Thanks for your tips...

Remember, I'm talking about principals and teachers...lmao.

In other words, poor people

So, they would be paying for it themselves, rather than their schools/companies/etc. paying for it? Hm, that makes it more difficult!

Any "convention city" in the off-season (if it has one) is good.

Or go to Canada - leverage that American dollar!

Have you ever thought about your state parks? I don't know what you guys have there, but here in Louisiana, we have cabins and group camps for stuff like that. Thinking about going to Louisiana? www.lastateparks.com

Hope this helps you out some.

Thanks, I'm in Lousyana, too.

I know about the state parks. On Thursday, I'm taking my class on a picnic. We reserved a shelter and all that.

Whenever there is a school related functions, you can get the cabins/shelters for $0. :D Those cabins are nice...

This isn't an option, the principal needs a "conference" area as well as a place to sleep. I think the Mississippi Gulf Coast may be an option. I think there is a place in Alabama, too.
