Just like to announce that in less then a month, I'll be participating in the Cape Argus bicycle race. It's 104 KM of mountians and other stuff. Hope to do it in under 4 hours. Or hope to not die when I go down a mountain and accidently forgot to turn and end up in the oceans. As of today, 22 days. dang, I better star my real training. By the way, I'll also be seeing two oceans, as the course will give me a view of both the Indian and Atlantic oceans. Might even stop and take pictures.

The race was hell. Finished it in five hours and thirty-two minutes. TEmperature got up to around 102 degrees. There was at least 15 people in ICU, and one man died. out of 37,000 racers, I've herd that about 2,800 racers did not finish because they called of the race around 3 o'clock because of the intense heat. I'll post some pic once I get them from the company that took the pictures. I think they got me biting my tongue or pushing my bike.
