Starting a new sorority

I participated in formal rush on my campus this fall, however, I did not find a sorority that I wanted to join. I want to start my own, local sorority on campus and was wondering if anyone could offer me some advice on how to get started and so on and so forth. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
