I have no idea what this pin is! It has a crown (and it looks the way the original crown on the original coat of arms did) so maybe it's an old alumni pin?...

That's a Phi Sigma Epsilon pin.....local group that merged into Phi Sigma Kappa fairly recently.

Our Associate Member manuals have a display of NIC and NPC badges. I don't have my Cornerstone on me now, but I'm 98% positive it's Phi Sigma Epsilon.

So I recently learned that Phi Sigma Epsilon was another fraternity that struggled through the World Wars and was almost absorbed by SigEp, following the footsteps of Theta Upsilon Omega. Turns out that they backed out as plans were finalizing but were eventually absorbed by Phi Sigma Kappa it seems.
