Favorite Sisterhood Events

Well, this only works for older sisters, but a big tradition at my chapter is senior happy hour. Once a week the seniors get together for drinks and sisterly bonding and all that good stuff. My pledge class (the juniors) decided that since we are one of the largest classes (besides the pledges) that we needed our own happy hour. It's a lot of fun because it gives you a chance to talk to sisters you may not hang out with on a regular basis. Other than that, there's always a big crowd at the house for Dawson's Creek and Friends.

our weekly sisterhood event is Sister Dinner. It's so simple I feel kinda silly telling ya'll. Since we only have a small house with a small kitchen we can't all eat at the house like other chapters can. Instead as many of us as possible take up a huge table in the campus dining hall. It's always a lot of fun complaining about the food together. And it's cool come Formal Rush time to all wear our letters and get our name out too. I think these kinds of no frills events can be the best :) I love the idea of a progressive dinner!!!
