Hey bucutie, amycat is right, I'm an Alpha Chi. Do they still have their house? I can't remember if you are a DZ or a Chi O. Kind of wondering what the average size of the pledge classes are.

Oh, well thats pretty cool that you are an Alpha Chi. I think I read somewhere that you graduated from Corpus? So did you rush at UH and then transfer? Alpha Chi is still on campus, and then did have a house on wheeler street last year, but last time i checked it was up for sale- so i dont know if they moved into a bigger house or what.

I am not in a sorority, but i would love to be in one one day! :) Thing is, I am apprehensive about rushing informal rush as a junior, or formal rush as a senior next year.

bucutie-I thought someone discussed rush at schools like U of H. It may have BEEN U of H. I would try Spring if you are really interested. I doubt that Greek life has changed too much on that campus. It was really laid back, even though I didn't know it at the time. It didn't have all the bells and whistles that the stronger systems do, but then it sure did have it's moments...
