Phi Tau legacy question

Does Phi Kappa Tau acknowledge members' nephews as legacies or is it only sons/grandsons?

I would assume nephews would fall under being a legacy. I fall under that same category seeing as my Uncle was a Phi Tau before me and my chapter acknowledged it.
