What are your chapters doing in October to help with our national philanthropy?

Sunday is Family Day here @ school so Kappa Iota is handing out ribbons on the pink cards at the home Football Game. And doing the same in the student union during the week. Of course taking donations at those times as well :)

side note: glamour and cosmo for oct have agreat articles on breast health so check 'em out

We haven't been told anything recently about it! This week is Big/Lil, last week was Derby Days, and later this month there is lots of Halloween stuff going on. I'm rather disapointed that we have not been given ribbons or anything even! No one has even brought up the fact that it's Breast Cancer Awareness month at meeting or anything! I'm rather shocked. I know that we do help out with Race for the Cure in Nashville though, whenever that is. Thankfully, though, my mom has a cute ceramic breast cancer ribbon that is a pin that she gave me, so I can wear that anyway :) By the way, are we allowed to wear things underneath the badge (such as the breast cancer ribbon?).

Yes, you just can't wear anything above the badge.

You might want to consider getting one of the ZTA Breast Cancer awareness pins. Check 'em out at:
